Leadership Sparring

In 90-minute sessions that are tailor-made to your needs, we confidentially discuss the topics that keep you up at night. I will intensively challenge your perspective, collaborate with you on your vision and strategy, look for the quick wins, and identify blind spots. In short: we will develop a well thought through solution that you would not have come up with alone. 

Executive sparring is a fast-paced mix of coaching, consulting and mentoring. It happens on eye-level, purely objective and without any agenda on my side, often during times of transition or transformation. 

I frequently spar strategies, team and business unit set-ups, development of a company's vision & mission statement, D&I initiatives as well as positioning & corporate communications related issues with clients.
